Hidden Veg Sausage Rolls

I am pretty lucky that my kids like most veggies but I still struggle to convince them when it comes to leafy greans like spinach.
Mince/ground meat is the best place to hide and disguise nutrient rich food.
These sausage rolls are so easy and quick to make, freezable-pre or post cooked and are a great lunchbox addition as well as a meal.
Preparation time:10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

---Ingredients---
250g beef mince (Ground beef)
250g pork sausage mince
1 lrg Onion roughly chopped
1 cup spinach* roughly chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon worstershire sauce
2 teaspoons seasoning**
3 puff pastry sheets
Small amount of oil

---Method---
1. Preheat oven to 180°C, (350°F, gas mark 4)
2. Place mince, vegetables, crumbs, sauce and seasoning in food processor. Blitz until well combined.

3. Cut pastry sheets in half and spread mix evenly along each pastry sheet.
4. Brush a small amount of oil along lower long egde of pastry and roll from top edge.
5. Cut into desired lengths and place on baking tray.
6. Bake for 20 mins.
* Fresh spinach is not always available and can be pricey, frozen portions will work just as well.
**Seasoning is all about putting your mark on your dish. I use a Casablanca mix in mine which is a blend of exotic North African and Middle Eastern Herbs and Spices from Your Inspiration at Home, however, you could substitute just about any flavour you like from basic salt and pepper to something truely unique.
