Ingredients
400g Madeira or butter cake - staled
1/3 cup Almonds -chopped
1/3 cup Glacé Cherries -chopped
1/4 cup Walnuts -chopped
1 1/2 Tbs Cocoa powder
40-60mls Rum
Sweetened Condensed Milk approx 1/3 cup at room temperature.
Chocolate dollarettes
Alternative Directions:
• Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and add rum and enough sweetened condensed milk to make mixture a good rolling consistency. (If the weather is warm add a little more as the condensed milk will firm in the fridge).

• Roll mixture into balls and coat with dollarettes.
• Refrigerate for at least an hour, will keep well for a week or two (they never last that long)
