I'm Mel, author of Table For Five.
I am 35 years old (yes, that is my real age), wife to my best friend and mother to 4 beautiful children, one of which sprouted his Angel Wings at the age of three and now resides within our hearts.
My children are 2, 4 and 13.

I am a full time SAHM and a part time crazy lady. My life's ambition is to become that crazy cat lady!

We (the kids and I) enjoy playgroup days, visits to the park and baking. We all loath grocery shopping but we all love to eat!

I am a cynic, a 'quality' I try suppress in my writing but, yeah, it can sometimes spill over. #sorrynotsorry

Table For Five's food philosophy starts in the kitchen with a balanced diet and a focus on home made and reduced package meals. You won't find trendy diet fad recipes or elaborate ingredients, just simple food, made with love.

I am constantly exploring ways to simplify daily life and maximise productivity so I can share them with you.
